Before / AfterMercedes S-Class · Interior detail with the seats removed

A black Mercedes S-Class (W221) with a light leather interior came in for an interior detail. Light leather shows everything: dirt had settled into the perforation, the side bolsters and the headrests.

We removed the front seats to reach what a normal clean can't — the floor and the seat rails underneath, where debris and dirt had built up over a long time. The floor, carpets and boot were cleaned while the seats were out.

The leather was cleaned gently, panel by panel: perforated seat surfaces, side bolsters and headrests. Several of the photos show the difference on a single surface — one half cleaned, the other not yet.

Outside the car got a full wash, and the engine bay was washed and dressed last. The before and after photos show the V8 engine from the same angle.
